Return of the Tax-Farmer
The Chron reports that Tax Farmers are about to be unleashed on us. I guess it's fitting since the Republican Party didn't agree with most of the 20th Century (let alone the current) that they would want to return to a form of tax collection first perfected by the ancient Mesopotamians.
